Background: Urban
Freeflow is the world’s largest Parkour/Freerun organisation, represented in the
public eye by a team of 7 core athletes. The efforts of the entire team at Urban Freeflow have been
instrumental in bringing the art of Parkour and Freerun into the global
consciousness. Since forming at the end of 2002, we have expanded rapidly
from our London base to become the
global centre of contact, information, fundamental teaching and performance.
Focus:
Urban Freeflow (UF) constantly works alongside companies, businesses and movie production
teams from a wide range
of fields to promote, perform, teach and demonstrate this dynamic, vibrant art in a positive
and safety-conscious light. Urban Freeflow is dedicated to displaying
Parkour and Freerun with the highest levels of competence and skill, and never ceases to
strive for excellence. The UF team, have worked
with the likes of Oscar award winning movie director Anthony Minghella,
provided consultancy, choreography and stunt services for the 007 - Casino Royale

"Look no further - UF
are the real deal. Having just completed one of the most demanding
commercials of my career, I want to thank EZ, Asid, Bam and Sticky for their
tireless professionalism, talent, patience and above all, humour. Having
worked with UF once before, I was completely at ease knowing that I could
count on them to help me execute a blend of complicated visual effects and
Parkour for a compelling ad. My clients in New York were thoroughly
impressed and excited to be working with such a great team. Looking forward
to working with Urban Freeflow again soon". - Andrew Walton, Director of the
Speedstick USA commercial.
"If Jump London was a film about Parkour, Jump Britain was a film about
Urban Freeflow. Without UF and the Seidojin guys, there would have been
quite simply no Jump sequel made in 2004. It’s a testament to their skills
and personalities that it exists. They stepped up, they let us fuck their
lives around for 2 months, and they sparkled". – Mike Christie, Director of
Jump London and Jump Britainwww.christiehq.com

outstanding!
"Thank you so much for your recent significant
contribution to the launch of the Toyota Aygo at the Geneva motor show.
The show was exciting, challenging and very different to previous Toyota car
launches. The feedback we have received so far has been full of praise, much
of which is down to your own enthusiasm.
Many thanks for helping us make the event run so smoothly and we would
particularly like to thank you all for your hard work, as it really was an
amazing performance". Jack Morton Worldwide (Toyota).
Television appearances for Urban Freeflow have not been limited to the UK,
the team having also worked with premier channels from the United States,
South Africa, Jamaica, Germany, Iceland, Japan, Canada, Spain, Argentina and Italy. Parkour being the
visually stunning art that it is, interest in this medium is continuing to
grow at a rapid rate.

Urban Freeflow has always enjoyed a positive and productive relationship
with the Press, and has welcomed a large number of publications to the
various Urban Freeflow events, workshops and gatherings.
Outside of our commercial
interests we are heavily involved in grass roots level projects from
working with the police force, training the army, teaching in schools and universities,
running youth academies and as seen
in the picture above, running our own events called PK Days (the longest
running series in Parkour's history). At PK10 and PK11 we had 260+
practitioners in attendance at each event.
We
were all amazed and delighted by both the workshop and demonstration, and
really pleased to bring something so urban and contemporary to rural
Victorian Haworth. I bet the Bronte sisters would have loved it!
The rest of the festival was a resounding success - thank you very much for
the significant part you played in it". - Rachel Johnston, Haworth Arts

"All of our students were totally and utterly absorbed in the course. I have
never seen them so focussed and attentive as they were towards the
instruction they were given. They could not get enough of it and have
worked the hardest many of them have ever done in a physical context.
The students commitment and enthusiasm was generated directly by the Urban
Freeflow team and it was almost tangible as they worked together. One
student commented to me that it was the best day of his life. As head
of Physical education I was delighted to hear this. I fully recommend Parkour to any school and especially the Urban Freeflow team to
deliver it. I couldn't have asked for a better team or a better
response from the students". - Keith Salter, Head of Physical Education,
King Edwards VI Community College.
